Both Lennart and I attended a very good Thai cooking class at SITCA (http:// www.sitca.net/) with a star chef. We made 4 dishes each, where Lennart learned how to make Panang curry paste, steamed fish with ginger in soy sauce and "Pad Thai" (Stir fried flat noodle with pork). I learned to make deep fried chicken with lemon grass, "Tom Kha Talee" (spicy milk soup with seafood) and Chu Chi curry with fish as well as fried rice. Mmm, the result was delicious! The staff was very friendly and took good care of the kids- they even made a soup and fried rice for them!
